What we leave out and why
We have chosen not to use:
- Dairy
- Animal By-products
- Wheat
- Soy
- Corn
- Sodium
The universal use of these ingredients in the dog food industry have been found to be directly related to the increase in the number of cases of food allergies and intolerance in dogs.
Symptom of food allergies and intolerance may go unrecognized or undetected for quite some time. The most common symptoms are:
- Hair loss
- Diarrhea
- Itching
- Ear Infections
- Vomiting
If your dog shows signs of any of these symptoms, we recommend that you consult with your Veterinarian. It may be as easy as slowly but surely, eliminating possible ingredients from your dog’s diet. Please remember that it is not only their regular dog food that may need to be modified but their treats too.
